Shipping Policy

We offer free worldwide tracked shipping with every order. Please review the details below for specific product categories and estimated delivery times.

General Information

• Orders may involve multiple shipments if they contain different product types. If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different dates.

• While we make every effort to ensure that you receive the correct products, please contact us at support@liberationkilt.com if there is an issue.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchange requests. If you require a different size, you will need to place a new order. Please refer to size guides on product pages to ensure you choose the correct size. 

• Several factors may delay delivery times, including:

  • Mistyped or incorrectly formatted address

  • Customs and import restrictions

  • Failed delivery attempts (e.g., no one home to receive the order)

  • Postal strikes

  • Other adverse conditions (such as storms and natural disasters)

• If a significant delay occurs, our customer service team will typically address it proactively. If your order is outside the expected delivery window, please contact us at support@liberationkilt.com for further assistance.

• If an order is not received within 30 days of purchase, we will be happy to send a replacement. Please contact support@liberationkilt.com to arrange this. However, we cannot offer free replacements for orders not received due to an incorrect address.

• Production time: 2-3 days (estimate).

  • Other destinations: Up to 15 working days (estimate). 

• Shipping: Free and fully tracked.

Jigsaw Puzzles

• Products: 110, 252, 500, and 1000-piece puzzles.
